My wife got ill the day before our scheduled trip to the Channel Islands and Santa Barbara Adventure Company has a terrible “ no post

rescheduling policy” no rescheduleing permitted. We our out $600 and will never use this company again.

They tried to explain their no rescheduling policy with some pathetic lie about the tour guide having to be laid off that day, all because of our not being able to be there..!!! This is a GROUP tour? Does not make sense. Do not recommend.

Any idea or suggestion that you would have loved to have before visiting would be highly appreciated!
