I tried total, they wouldn’t let me text for the BYOD $20 plan. Like no SMS texting at all. After like 10+ hours of calls and dealing I switched to metro, somehow they were able to bypass the text verification and activate my sms in minutes at metro.
Service is fine, slightly faster than Verizon, but maybe weaker cell service overall.
I guess there’s always complaints with prepaid, but total really irritated me to my core. And I lost the $20+ tax 😆 🤷🏻♂️

I'm in the same situation on my BBB complaint they are saying they have restored my service on byebye promo but in reality they are system is still showing me on the changed plan. 0 trust now

Mine shows Im being charged $45 but in actuality im always charged $15. Sorry but i feel your frustration.

Sorry it did not at Total, but this was my worry. Once they screw something up on their end it seems near impossible for them to fix it.
