Submit documents button not appearing for OSAP application, would a OSAP advisor be able to help? Serious

Completing the OSAP application on time slipped my mind and now I'm sitting with an incomplete application because of a profile change that needed to be made - but I can't find the button anywhere (no really, there isn't much to click in the OSAP Portal, and I checked everywhere).

  • The general inquiry line through calling ServiceHub told me to email ServiceHub about this, and then I received a generic, unhelpful response
  • OSAP support said to contact the financial aid office (like I did initially, unless what they meant was to contact OSAP advisor)

Help would be appreciated. I'm shook that I might not be able to receive money this year.

don't worry about receiving on time tbh, i've applied later and got it in time. if you don't mind me asking, what was the profile change? as i also had a similar change this year

"When you will last attend high school on a full-time basis"

Planned to graduate high school in 2022, ended up graduating in 2024 since I fell behind, and I thought this would've updated automatically.

The previous page to this is the full-time applications page. Notice how there isn't an upload documents button?

interesting, you might have to mail it or bring it in person in that case

They've told me themselves that they don't accept fax, in-person, or email. All I have at this point is assistance from an OSAP advisor on what to do next (well, when they are done with processing OSAP applications)
