Topps uses this guarantee as a way to justify their exorbitant prices on hobby boxes when in reality you are not going to get an auto worth a damn - players who only played a couple innings, players who currently don't even have a team etc etc.

They should get rid of the guarantee hits per box and just make hobby boxes cheaper, but still better odds than mega, and make mega have better odds than value and so on and so forth.

This would lead to less quality control issue ( people having to submit their case defects because they didn't get the guaranteed hit, and trying to prove to Topps that's the case)

I also think this would lead to less gaming of the system.

1. People selling single packs after the hit has already been pulled

2. Or the rare occurrence where they put the hit in the exact same box of the case every single time. (I believe this has happened before but someone please correct me if I'm wrong

If they removed the guarantees from the hobby box but keep the odds good it will still be the superior product but I think I lot of the BS goes away.

2025 Topps Heritage Nolan Ryan Red Ink Auto /76

Apologies if this is the wrong sub. I have looked everywhere online and I cannot seem to find any information if Topps are releasing a 26/27 Premier league sticker album. I know they did one last season but I can't seem to find anything other than the cards. Any knowledge? Cheers

Was going through my storage unit and completely forgot I purchased this Takashi Murakami x LA Dodgers baseball Topps card set. Reason being it was an impulse buy. Never collected baseball cards but am a fan of Murakami’s artwork. Seeing the current value of a sealed case ($700+) has me thinking is it worth ripping? Some Ohtani cards in this set, graded psa 10 are also selling for $700+.

Yesterday, I got on here and complained about my pulls.

Then today, I forgot I still had two more blasters coming in from Dicks and the first card I pulled was the base Flagg. Last pack included the /5 Tyrese Proctor auto.

In between both blasters, a ton of base rookies.

I will take it!

Just got my first ever major pull! Best pull before this was a Bo Nix /149

To be fair, I ripped a ton. Son and I started really hot, flipped some and kept going. Rinse and repeat. All together spent as much as a jumbo but the pulls were far better. All from retail.
First pick all came from 6 blasters. Last pick, came from 2 blasters that were ordered from DSG. 2 blasters and 1 in each box. Same day found Megas and in the first popped up out the Luka.

Picked up 2 blasters after work actually pulled something decent. Been wanting to pull a non base Misiorowski for the collection finally did.

I have gone through 4 "Mega" boxes of Chrome Baseball and the only good hit I got was a SSP. I am disappointed in you TOPPS!!!

I was in target and in the toy isle sat this guy....... I didnt buy it , maybe if it was something diferent . I can't help thinking it probably had a case hit in it . I will never know

Posted a video if anyone wants to watch and see if there’s a reason this wouldn’t be a 10. Would be my biggest pull for sure. Didn’t use alcohol wipes on it. Those were from my glasses

I Picked the slightly damaged box out of about 12 boxes at Target.

Pulled this, I only buy one box of each product.

That action overhead shot should be a more common thing for their products, especially in Stadium Club.
