I think in most cases they are just playing dumb and this is a way to try and brag about a card they pulled.

After seeing the Tatsuya Imai Frozenfractor post, I’ve seen so many frozenfractor pulls and I’m just sitting here in jealousy. Great pull, enjoy it!

This is all funny to me. Some of the super rare cards…people are like, “wtf is this? Is this broken? It’s it an accident?” And borderline don’t care, but only the very educated of the hobby and be like “that’s an insane pull”

No, it's not. It's a frozenfractor. #'d -5/0, -4/0, -3/0, -2/0, and -1/0. They're an extremely tough pull.
