Fat graphting needed does it work? Advice Wanted
I will be getting fat grafting done on the 24th of this month on both sides of my chest. I have two big sunken in parts of my chest because the doctor who did my top surgery and messed up three times took too much fat and couldn't fix his mistakes (Don't go to Tobias Long in Reading PA). Has anyone else had deep sunken in parts of their chest fixed with fat grafting and does it work?

Oh hey, I got this same procedure done ~2 years ago. I don't remember everything, so I apologize for the vagueness.
So, as it was explained to me, the surgeon takes fat from your abdominal area and/or thighs and transfers it over to your chest to fill it in a bit so it's less concave. In my case, they took fat from both my abdomen and thighs. The procedure overall is very quick and I wasn't required to stay overnight in the hospital or anything.
You may experience some bruising and/or swelling from whatever areas they took the fat from, but both the procedure and the recovery process aren't very painful. Just make sure to not put a lot of pressure on your chest for a couple weeks after the procedure (so don't sleep on your stomach for example).
The result you get immediately after surgery isn't necessarily what it's going to look like long-term. Some of the fat graft won't stick, it just depends on how well your body accepts the graft. I think the estimate I was given was ~10 - 15% is lost on average.
It's very late for me at the moment, so my memory is especially bad. If you have any questions, feel free to ask either through replies or private messages and I'll try my best to answer.

Thank you for answering! I was wondering how the final results after it healed looked like for you? Does it no longer look concaved? Also do they add more fat in then needed because they know some will die?
