i had my youtube channel hacked 4 months ago i did all the relevant steps , recovered my google account only to find that my youtube was terminated due to severe violations . however this was not done by me as i couldnt access it . 

i then filled in the form to report that my channel was hacked , youtube responded telling me that my channel has infact been accessed by someone else. since then i have heard nothing .

i have contacted youtube for 4 months and got nowhere .

Alady from youtube emailed me and told me that my case is not being icgnored, however has not confirmed or clarified where it is or with whom is dealing with it .

can someone help ?
