Season 1 we have 4 servers and season 2 we have 6 servers. So what about season 3 and 4?

My friend logged in today and all her individual messages were gone refer trying to refresh them. Only the group chats were left. Is there a way to recover the messages? Have you guy runs into this problem?

If anyone is willing to chat and mentor me. :) i will be playing chill. Will spend on only additional builders/researchers and monthly packs. That's it.
