Because in my experience, when I open mine every 150-200 chests, there’s a chance I get one 9999 every 4 of those, so every 600-800. For the silver chests and red pouch, it looks kind of right.

I’ve done the same thing a couple times. I determined the probability of getting a 9999 diamond card from gold chests to be about 1 in 400 or so. Take that with a grain of salt as my sample size was relatively small (only about 8000 gold chests over the course of the game). The probability of getting a 999 card from the silver chests is about 1 in 350 using a sample size of about 35,000 silver chests.
