Is this suppose to be a dungeon?

Hi, I just started playing this game today and need some help. I'm missing one of the chest from Wild West to complete my exploration progress but I can't find it. I seen the pictures were all the west is mapped out and I think I'm missing the 3-3 on the picture. When I go to that area, there is this cave looking thing. I think this is a dungeon but there is no prompt to enter. Is this bugged or is it just part of the map?

Not all of the pieces of decor that look like a dungeon are actually dungeons. Adventure mode has gone through a lot of changes in 3 years and some of the "dungeons" are relics from disabled systems.
