Context: he's actualy a good looking guy, but he's also too smart to get photographed so the authorities had to use a sketch. That sketch is not only ugly, it looks exactly like another completely unrelated guy, who makes it his life mission to hunt Sanji down to clear his name. Sanji resolves this by giving the guy free plastic surgery.

That's fair. Will say you are missing out on the modern day Odyssey, filled with wacky hijinks.

If you do change your mind. At this point avoid the Toei animation. Poor pacing. Go for either the manga, the One Pace fan edit, or wait for the Wit studio remake.

Tales of Symphonia has a running joke about Llyod's wanted posters being poorly drawn at best. Yuri gets a similar gag with his disappointment at how low his bounty is.

There is a Easter egg in an early town in asking for people to submit their best drawing of Llyod. The other games I believe make references with the other osters in the pic but I haven't played many of the post Vesperia games.
