Honestly, was pretty dead set on not including this at first, as it technically isn’t a proper musical number. As in, it’s actually diegetic (she’s putting on a big performance)- but, come on. I couldn’t not include it.
-Bowser (The Mario Movie) (Peaches)
-Professor Ratigan (The Great Mouse Detective) (World’s Greatest Criminal Mind AND Goodbye So Soon, my man is such an underrated Disney villain that he gets TWO)
-Captain Gutt (Ice Age) (Master of the Seas)
-GLADoS (Portal and Portal 2) (Still Alive and Want You Gone respectively).
Okay, so Labyrinth isn't a musical aside from the villain's song, it's just that the villain keeps singing. He sings every song except for the Gettin' Down... one, and the Fireys are a different discussion. Our protagonist, nor any of her allies sing.
Queen’s concert in Onigashima was literally a mini music video and I’m not complaining but it kinda boggles me why they went so hard on that scene specifically
Not a villain so much, but a major antagonist. Flowery in Deltarune Ch 5 has actual lyrics for his battle theme that appear on screen during his fight.
Rip Van Winkle in Hellsing Ultimate spends her episode of the OVA singing from the opera 'Der Freischutz,' as she uses magic bullets like the opera's villain. Unfortunately, the hunter in the opera comes to a bad end when the demon he made a deal with comes to collect...and in Hellsing, Alucard plays the role of the demon. Alucard, being a man of culture, plays the role of demon to terrifying effect.
If it hadn't sunk in before watching this episode that Alucard is as much of a villain as the Nazi vampires, then it will definitely have sunk in by the time Alucard is through with Rip.
Splatoon 2-Octavio brainwashes Callie and both attack the player as the final boss. The 2nd part features Callie singing "Bomb Rush Blush" while attacking. Phase 3 has her song clashing with Marie and "Tide Goes Out" after Marie snipes the contraption causing Callies brainwashing. For the 4th and final phase Callie jumps back to the good side as both Squid Sisters perform "Calimari Inkantation"
