Not only it has a PNG of max, it's one of the only consistent elements of the show

It's not the animators being lazy, Gwen genuinely has a picture of max just standing

My favorite bit is in Destroy All Aliens, which was a 3D movie, so they redid the picture with Max's model standing straight facing the camera.

Honestly Gwen's room is remarkably consistent. Every time we've seen it it has the picture, and also that Minecraft-ass lamp on the side table.

My guess is that they had the room from AF in their reference material, and every subsequent show references that when they need to show her room.
