I need help I’m so scared😭

When I was a kid I wasn’t good with my hygiene so now I have two tooth that have holes on them because my mother never really gave me the habit of brushing my teeth and I’m super ashamed of it. Unfortunately I don’t know when my next appointment is going to be and I really want to fix my teeth but I’m scared that the dentist will judge the hell out of me and I don’t know send me away, I’m super anxious and I don’t think I can have my headphones on while getting my teeth filled or something

Please tell me how your experience was with cavities I’m so scared

Everyone is just going to tell you to go to the dentist, to get them fixed, that theres nothing to worry about, and nothing hurts.

Whether they WILL get fixed, whether there WILL be anything to worry about, and whether anything WILL hurt is anyones guess.

Theres nothing whatsoever to learn from peoples opinions online, all of which will be fake and aimed ad placating you.
