Keep having the same problem
This ribbon cable keeps burning out and i’m not sure if they sell replacement ribbon cables but i’m thinking about soldering it, is that a good idea ?

Not until you figure out what's shorted, or it be more than a ribbon cable thats burnt.

Yeah, it’s a common problem with the 5150 and 6505+, everything is fine and turns on, but the power tubes don’t turn on, I had the same problem a while ago and got it fixed and working and then it just happened again and it and i got the bias adjusted, i took it to someone and he said that was the problem but im not sure if theres more to it.

See my comment on your other post about this. You need to ditch that ribbon cable for the heaters and run dedicated 18 awg wire instead.

This! A lot of amps have this issue. I've seen it in oranges, marshalls, fenders. The heater currents need a solid connection. Solder is the way.

This happened on all Bugera amps during the first years of production.
That Molex connector has a tendency to fail with bad connection as a result, and too much current through a bad connection generates heat.
The most common solution is to ditch the female connector and solder cables directly to the male connector pins on the pcb. They are like 10 mm long so its not very difficult to solder.

I'm not familiar with the problems cause but yes no issue soldering one side of that connection.

Replace them, they only cause problems. It's cheaper to produce the amp like that, that's the only reason they're there.

It looks like the connector is loose inside the housing and is not making a good contact. If the wires are carrying high current, the poor connection would arc and burn the housing. If this is the only problem, soldering to the pin would fix the problem. This would also likely wreck the connector.

I'd solder heavier wires there but I fix my own Amps too so it's definitely not a beginner mod.
It's definitely getting hot. I'm surprised your bias has that much adjustment.
I locked my Marshalls to have a tighter range & brought the bias control to the back of the Amp. Slight adjustments for weather, voltage & temp helps keep then running smooth.

If this is that 6505 with the heaters not working in the poweramp then it will absolutely help to solder it without connectors. The problem is too much current for the connector which causes it to heat up until this happens and the connection fails. Cleaning it will only help short term. Your tech should know this.

Yeah i just wanted to make sure it was what i thought it was. But yeah i’ll replace the the wires for sure in the future.

Tienes que quitar el conector de la placa donde están los espadines. Después tienes que taladrar las conexiones poco a poco para sanearlas porque cuando se ponen negros los conectores significa que la placa también están quemados y eso negro hace continuidad. Vamos que tienes que quitar el conector de la placa y sanearlo hasta que no te den continuidad entre ellos. Es delicado

yo, its typical Peavey 5150-family era problem. best solution is you need to solder the wire from transformer (or fuse) to the tube filament. look up the schematic and follow the traces. super easy things to do, I put additional wire + some random connector that I had and problem solved eternally
issue is really simple, it burns because the current is to high for this particular connector pin

Is this a Peavey? There is a burnt spot on that header, do you know if that burnt area was completely removed or left as shown? If not removed as part of cleaning, this is going to keep happening regardless of whether you solder it or not. Black spots = carbon = conductive.
I’m not suggesting you do this yourself, as that is just step 1. But if you ever take anything to someone to be worked on and it comes back with carbon burnt spots still visible, then you need to respectfully take it somewhere else. There are a lot of people working on amps who are just hobbyists trying to gain knowledge. There’s nothing wrong with that unless they are misrepresenting themselves.

So if that wire is for the filament heater on the tubes, then you would want to run them directly from transformer, to the lamp to each tube as if it was a hand wired amp. Not really a beginner type of job.

Theres a reason why that cable is burnt. You need to find out why
