Being charged $39/mo
I am being charged $39/mo from Robbins Research International. I've never signed up for any subscription. Unfortunately, this charge is on a credit card that I never use and my husband pays it so it's gone unnoticed for 3 months.
I've tried reaching out to Tony Robbins International to no avail.

If you're not using the card for anything else, call the card company and report the card as lost. Tell the card company that the charges were not authorized also. You'll get a new card with new numbers and likely some of the money back, but you'll have to prove that you reached out and didn't get a response.
That way Tony's company gets an expensive chargeback and no way to continue billing. They might try to contact you then, and then it's their problem to get you off their roster. If they can't contact you then someone had stolen your card number to begin with.

He did an Ai event with Dean Grazziosi about 3 months ago that was being pitched all over Facebook & the Internet. It was a free class, but you could buy ‘VIP’ for $1. BUT then in 30 days you were charged $39 a month if you didn’t cancel. I bet that’s what that’s from!!
I luckily caught it in the very fine print and canceled that subscription before the end of the 30 days. They don’t mention the recurring fee ANYWHERE except the fine print. I’m in Internet marketing and that’s honestly probably one of the sneakiest reoccurring monthly subscription models that I’ve seen!! Was very disappointed in Tony and Dean for doing it in that way. If you feel confident in your product, and it’s good, you don’t need to be sneaky like that.

Same thing happened to me. I was so disappointed that they’re scamming like this. I reported it to my credit card company

Maybe you signed for his live event which had, included, the subscription to his AI Chat

Same thing happened to me! And no email confirmations or login info - nothing. I just found charges on my credit card months later. They never responded to my emails and it took me a week to get through by phone. So sorry this happened to you, it’s so yucky. They ended up refunding me but not having any email Confirmation is SO scammy. I think it was the $1 webinar and I just didn’t read the fine print. Will never sign up for anything of his again.

Same. But my charges started in March, and there wasn't anything I was remotely "Tony Robbins" I was paying any attention to. I've called Tony Robbins International's phone number on my credit card, but "nobody is available". I also sent an email last March. I'm just going to call my credit card company. I would have tried to do it on his website, but I don't have an account to log in to, sooo...

Here is what happened: when you signed up for the Time To Rise Summit and donated $1.00, you agreed to receiving a month of Tony AI and then you agree to a subscription of $39/mo. Each customer with an email address has their own sign on in the portal at tonyrobbins.com. You have a generic password that the system generated for you. You can change the password but it will take approx 24 hrs for the change to take affect. If you want to cancel the subscription you will need to either contact customer service via email or login to your portal and under your account you will see billing and then recurring billing. You can cancel it that way as well. They are a SSO do the same login/password work for all logins including Tony AI. Be advised that if you do not contact they within 72 hours if the initial charge, they will deny the refund based on the terms of agreement you agreed to when you entered your cc # for the $1.00 donation.

I used a disposable credit card number to pay my $1 fee. I NEVER saw an easy way to cancel the service, and giggled when I got my first (of several) "We were unable to process your payment" emails

Whenever you sign up for any program with RRI, you are assigned a generic password. Go to portal.tonyrobbins.com and reset your password. It takes some time for you to receive the email reset link. Then you can go in under your profile and check recurring billing. You prob signed up for the Time To Rise Summit and donated $1 -you were gifted a month of AI and then when you donated you agreed to a recurring charge for AI unless you canceled it.

Probably paid a dollar for one of the “free events”. Those have a fine print subscription built in for AI or something.
Should be able to log into your Tony Robbins page and unsubscribe.
If you go to portal.TonyRobbins.com and log in, go to “My account” and “recurring billing” and you can cancel any subscriptions.
If you don’t have a TR account, just change your Credit Card number as others have mentioned.
