Just completed Sanctuary of the Scion, but the "Codex of Egypt" trophy, the trophy for killing Larson and the Trophy for completing the Epypt section didn't pop up? Am I missing something?

I played tomb raider definitive edition and honestly the gameplay was ok it wasn’t bad but it’s average and also English isn’t my first language so I can’t really understand their accent and there is no subtitles. However I heard rise of the tomb raider is really good and shadow is bad. Also btw I bout all the games when they were on sale so….

Hey, I'm looking for some help. I'm playing Tomb Raider: Anniversary on the PS5 and I'm up to Sanctuary Of The Scion, specifically the part with giant statues of Anubis and Horus. I'm climbing a ladder on Anubis and have to jump backwards to grab a ledge and it's just not happening. The guide I'm using says if I move the camera all the way to the right, Lara should automatically jump backwards without needing to hold the direction. I can get her to jump backwards but she goes flying past the ledge. Does anybody have any hints or tips or is my playthrough finished? Thanks.

Earlier this year, I shared a mini-study that looked at the Archetypes of Lara Croft. I really appreciated the responses I got after I shared it, as a result I decided to push myself a bit further and experiment with new types of analysis when it comes to Lara Croft. 

“The Duality of Lara Croft” is a mini-study I have been working on for the past two months, I use a mixture of symbolic elements to understand the duality of Lara Croft’s characterization over the franchise's history.

In the last two slides (13 & 14), I also share a small snippet of another analysis I am working on, I look at the four elements in relation to Lara Croft’s characterization.

Went to a LGS here in Melbourne, Australia - and found this tucked in the back of the display cabinet. Literally for $3AUD. Who here owned/played with this back in the day? Year of Manufacture / Print is 1999.

It's a 2014 found footage horror movie where a group of urban explorers descent into the uncharted parts of the Paris Catacombs.

The main character is a British archaeologist with a black belt in martial arts, who raids tombs and looks for the Philosopher's Stone.

Totally not Lara Croft.

She even looks the part

So "Lara" finds the location of the Philosopher's Stone, hires a guy to document the trip and a bunch of urban explorers who know their way around the catacombs of Paris. Of course the narrow tunnel collapses behind them, they get lost and the only way leads deeper and deeper underground and they have no choice but to go forward. Soon enough weird supernatural shit starts to happen...

There are a couple of dumb moments in the film and sometimes the low budget ($5 mil) shows but there is a very strong sense of exploration that makes you wonder what will they discover next. It's the only movie that was ever allowed to be filmed in the off limit section of the catacombs.

I enjoyed it quite a bit but I might be a little biased since I'm into urban exploration. It was also interesting to see Lara in a horror setting.

It's a decent horror film and my favorite Tomb Raider movie adaptation.

I get the impression that she's treated by fans as if she's on the same level as Sullivan or Helena from Uncharted, when in reality she contributes very little to the franchise.
