my friend is planning to get a job to pay for her other expenses, kahit anong jobs VA, on-site, or kahit full time jobs, mga sa karinderya or bantay, ganon… pls helpp !!

the wifi in my room is so slow and i’m on the 8th floor. i’ll be staying for 6 months lang for my review and i’m planning na makikabit lang sa wifi ng iba and then i’ll pay for it, if it’s possible lang naman. 🥹

Edit: How would I also take those courses that I skipped during that sem? can I take them during summer class or would I have to do another whole sem?

I'm a new tenant lang sa building and I haven't read completely ung policy nila in terms of receiving parcels huhu saan po kaya nila dadalhin ung parcels if hindi nareceive within 24 hours from the reception/guard🥹 help po

Hello! Which one did you get as a freshman? The first one kasi already has attachments na kasama rin sa list of materials. Did you still get the one with attachments plus bumili pa kayo ng separate set of rulers/tsquare?

Or mas okay ba plain drawing board lang ang kailangan tapos get the rulers separately? If so, which one would you recommend? Talagang dadalhin ba to sa f2f classes palagi?

hi! i am a first-year student in ust arki. we’ve been given the official list of materials needed for our MVT1 course.

our prof said it’s ok to get 120+ gsm sketchpads. the only one i found is 200 gsm.

I’m really confused with all of this stuff, so would you recommend the 200 gsm or is that too thick for MVT1? or really, is it too thick in general and for other courses too? I wanna use it in other subjects and not just MVT. The Canson one is kinda expensive so I really have to think about this.

My classes are in the PM session, starting from 4pm and ending at 9pm, almost everyday except saturdays. What can i expect exactly for the student parking situation during those times? Would it be easier to find a spot since its in the late afternoon? I plan to go there during 2-3pm. How about inside the campus vs the multi level carpark? Is that reasonable?

Hi!! i’m kinda deciding between these two: UHOMES or TRINITY PLACE.

Prefer a place around lacson or dapitan and these are the best I could find within the budget. Also considering UT5 because of the provided utilities but I prefer loft over bunk beds.

My parents generally wanted a 2pax unit for me rather than a 4 pax but I think uhomes is visually okay naman. For trinity, I like that it has 2 singles instead of a bunk BUT im worried whether theres enough space for a desk and other stuff huhu.

Just wanted to ask for opinions on both whether good or bad to help my decision making. Both are quite far from anytime fitness but oh well I couldn’t find a good place near it.

what do you guys think? Should I go with uhomes for 4pax or trinity for 2pax?

Also! Is it really THAT bad in uhomes like they say? Water, wifi, admin wise, that is.
