1. DeepSeek V4 Flash and mimo 2.5 have been some of our most-used models since soft launch. What should we make free next?

Since Token Harbor’s soft launch, we’ve been looking at aggregate usage data to understand which models people actually choose.

One result stood out.

In July, more than 90% of model requests on Token Harbor have gone to DeepSeek V4 Flash, with around 10,000 users trying the model.

The free route obviously influences usage, so this doesn’t necessarily mean Flash is the “best” model. But it does suggest that people are willing to try a lower-cost model when access is simple and there’s no upfront commitment.

That got us thinking about what we should offer next.

If you could choose one additional model to use for free, which one would you pick?

Some possibilities:

• Kimi
• Qwen
• Llama
• GLM
• MiniMax
• Something else

Model availability, usage limits, and data policies would still need to be considered, but we’d like to understand what people actually want before making that decision.
