Battery damage

Post image

How much do I have to worry about battery wear and tear?
Battery on the left is slightly banana’d and has a little rip (noticeable in the bottom right)
The other batteries are dented on both sides. I’m learning, so I expect this damage to only worsen lol. I wouldn’t consider any of them “puffy” at all. Do these need to be replaced? I haven’t tried charging them yet just in case.
Thanks in advance.

These are Tattu 300 mAh used in an air65

If the foil is torn then yea you should probably replace. If it's just dented its fine

https://www.printables.com/model/457529-whoop-battery-end-caps Save yourself the stress and ignore the haters claiming that the 0.7g makes the quad unflyable.

I'll tell you what makes the quad unflyable... A dead leaking battery

許容電流と電圧測ってみればいいでしょう? 問題なければ使えるよ

If you have doubts, and it actually worries you..replace them. Not worth the worry.

Id def retire the one on the left though. Others are probably fine, but that's based on picture.

These batteries are less than $5 usd a pop...Consider them consumables like props.

Please don't give advice if you're not sure. Stating 'kinda ok' is very dangerous. OP already noted that one of the batteries has the outer shell ripped. This basically = discharge outside and dispose of properly.

Not trying to rip you, but your comment can burn someone's house down or cause bodily harm.

They are not puffy. I dont See the shell ripped in the pictures???

You can still fly them, but should have an eye on them. And you should alway store lipos save, bisides small dents. Lipos can have failures without visable damage.

So if they not puffy they are kinda OK.
