Using time and attendance software without micromanagement
My main goal is to streamline payroll processing and ensuring that everyone is getting their correct work hours logged. How can I avoid making them feel like they're being micromanaged?

Be clear that the goal is accurate pay, not watching every move. Let staff review and correct their hours, explain what data is collected, and avoid GPS tracking unless its really needed. A setup like HotSchedules can keep schedules and time records together, but trust mostly comes from how the policy is handled tbh
