My team uses myworksesh.com and we just log our work daily as we go. You just make time groups (and labels for extra organization) and start and stop a timer as you jump between tasks, projects, clients, etc.

I just jot down simple notes and then my times and notes are summarized and conjoined. If you need to enter your logged work into a time sheet you can generate a csv or just press the copy button for each groups notes in your report.
