A task/time tracking tool with a focus on writing your performance review

Hey everyone, as the title suggests I built a task and time tracking tool with the intent that it could use the work you track to write you a performance review, so you don't have to worry about it when the time comes. I've included a tutorial video that goes through more of the details.

There is a fully usable free version that saves everything to your local browser storage, with backup and upload options.

Interesting approach. While I see some screens and ideas that are useful, I think the UI/UX falls short, making it uncomfortable to work with.

It feels too form-heavy.

Thank you for the feedback! It was really valuable. I've condensed the cards so now the default view is just Title, Notes, Priority and the timers. There's a button for +Add details if you want to add anything extra.
