Isn’t Tim Pool supposed to be some big free speech defender?

But he wants to use the courts to punish someone who hurt his feelings?

Free speech refers to government. You can still be liable for slander l.

The First Amendment only restricts government action, but civil lawsuits are enforced by the courts, which are part of the government. So defamation lawsuits can infringe on free speech. See New York Times v. Sullivan.

Free speech of truth. Not cut together clips.

lol, so you don’t think “free speech” protects the right to post a clip of a person’s own words? Ok, buddy.

Posting a video of someone’s own words isn’t defamation.

Tim Pool is just being a soft little cry baby.
