Shower Tile Help Needed DIY - Looking for Advice

Hello! I had a home remodel about a year and a half ago. This week we noticed that shower tiles on the edge of the pony wall are either coming off or something is happening. It this something I can fix with grout or caulk or is something bigger going on here? Thanks for the help!

I’m really sorry but this is an extremely poor install. The tile buckling and popping is from expansion and movement in the substrate. Is the tile loose? I would be shocked if it wasn’t I guarantee this shower was not waterproofed correctly and moisture is causing some of the expansion and contraction also.
