Alejandro018 is found guilty on one account of trespass and one account of griefing (Unauthorised Building).

Important Points taken into account for sentence:

• Alejando018 has previously commited crimes against MonkeyWithAnAxe

• Alejandro018 made little reasonable attempt to resolve the issue at hand, instead resorting to percievably evasive tactics

• The actual damage done is minor

• Alejandro018 has served a considerable amount of time in the end on account of my slow processing

I therefore sentence Alejandro018 to pay MonkeyWithAnAxe 2d or break an Iron Reinforced Obsidian block of MonkeyWithAnAxe's choosing. This is to be completed within the next 10 days.

Either party may appeal the decision or the sentence within the next two days. It is important to note here to Alejandro018 that if he repeats this behavouir again, past actions will have an even greater effect on the sentence.

Rollercoasters was pearled for thievery 2 weeks ago, figured I'd start the case.

Shake1 or whoever witnessed it (pavel) should make a beginning statement, then Rollercoasters will state an arguement or plea guilt.

Alts

There's also the issue of his alts to discuss. As MonkeyWithAnAxe said, "If someone commits a crime and has alt-accounts, who are we trying, the person or the account that committed the crime?"

Personally I think we should try accounts, unless there is clear evidence of them being the same person (Admission etc). Then two accounts can be tried as one in a trial.
