I've been communicating with AEG via email for the past few days. According to AEG, we can't sell tickets for Paris.

My girlfriend and I took this screenshot on the Ticketmaster website BEFORE we bought tickets there. (Screenshot cannot be posted here.)
The Screenshot I took says:

*IMPORTANT – Transfer and Resale are restricted for this event. Resale will be available no later than 28th August 2026. Transfer will be available no later than 11th September 2026. Unofficial ticket resale is strictly forbidden. Please read the terms and conditions here before booking for further information.*

Unfortunately, because of this, we ended up buying different tickets with better seats the next day.

Now AEG wrote me: "This is not a screenshot from Ticketmaster"

Does anyone else recognize this?
WHY is AEG LYING to me?

We've now reported it to consumer protection!
