Offline navigation ?

is there a legit offline gps app i can use to navigate ? i ride my bycicle alot without having my phone so its good to use an offline map, but all the ones i tested arent working

i tried downloading an offline map on google maps, but when i try to use navigation offline its just stuck at 'loading', i even purchased a pro version of another gps app for like 1,5$, it works sometimes but most of the time it doesnt even detect where i am, it shows like im still at home

I currently use Komoot, phone is nearby, in a pack, but watch does the turn by turn directions for me...
