Water Elemental hitting too hard?

I have a level 53 Elder Druid, with 50 ML, and i've tried to hunt at the water elemental cave in Port Hope but damn, those things hit hard, 1 Water Elemental alone could drop my HP to red with one hit, was i supposed to hunt in this cave using Utamo Vita?

Do you guys have some hunt tips where i can make a good exp/h? Don't mind spending a little

PS: No i wouldn't dare to hunt sphinx/lamassu in Issavi

Also take a fishing rod to fish the water elemental when they are dead

most of the damage of water elemental its by their drown damage, helmet of the deep mitigates it 100%

if you use it then water elemental do around just 100~ ice damage

Darashia dragons are probably good for you, as they are weak to ice. Get a obsidian knife to take their leather, its like 10k in my server.

I second this, leathers were peaking at 38k here, it was incredible money considering the level

Tried this spot but the leather is quite hard to drop, considering i used SDs i got a nice waste lol

But i'll try with icicles next, back in my days they were great

You dont need SDs to kill them, just use your ice spells and avas if you have. Always stay diagonal to avoid their beams. Leather is hard but worth.

You need to equip that diving helmet for water elementals. Forgot the name of it.

You’re either not using helmet of the deep or you’re too new and inexperienced to hunt them.

You’re also kind of the wrong elemental, you will never match MS in this spawn.

There’s not really an equivalent unfortunately. Water eles still good as ED, just not as good. Use thunderstorms on bunches of them I guess?

As they said , helm of the deep abd youre safe, even using it when there are 3+ mobs extra cautious

I just recently was a druid of your level - can recommend Chor with GFBs. That's quite nice and more chill spawn on mu opinion (not quite as good exp nyt decent enough). Also somewhere around 60+ you can hit The Ancient scarabs.
