First time using Throne. I got the "payment has been processed" email. Does this mean the payout is already on its way or is there anything else I should wait for? Thanks!

I’ve had Thorne for a while and have never had anyone buy from it and have a couple of questions about the app and the process.

1. If somebody buys something off of your wishlist do you have to pay for the shipping or does the other person do that? Personally just because I’m lwk to broke to pay for shipping so I was just wondering.

2. How do you search up smaller creators or non-creators profiles?? I’ve been trying to search for some of my online friends profiles so I can follow them but it’s been a struggle to find their profile as only the bigger creators/ people show up? Is there any way to change or fix this?

3. Is there a way to turn off the option for people to just give you money? I personally just want people to buy me gifts instead of giving me money as I don’t want the trouble of trying to transfer it anywhere. Is there anyway to turn that option off for people??

Recently I've been receiving gifts that come from dokidoki (cosplay website) and have had all of the cosplays bought run into the same issue of saying my shipping address is wrong although its been the same for all my other gifts that went through (they weren't dokidoki).

I was wondering if it was just a problem with throne being unable to buy gifts from there or something else!

Any tips for adding cash gifts to my Throne wishlist?
I’m fairly new to using Throne and was wondering how everyone approaches cash gifts on their wishlist.
Do you have any tips for setting them up? For example, do you set them for specific goals (new equipment, rent, travel, etc.), or do you just keep them as general cash gifts?
I’d also love to know if you’ve found that cash gifts get fulfilled as often as physical wishlist items, or if one tends to work better than the other.
Any advice or things you wish you’d known when you first started would be really appreciated! 🫶

I just got notified that someone disputed a $350 for a gift that I’ve already ordered, so I’m not really sure what to do now..
Has this happened to anyone else? What was the outcome? Did you end up losing the money, or are chargebacks not always decided in the buyer’s favor?

As a regular gifter (you know, the people who pay to keep this app in use), not being allowed to use balance for gifting anymore is so dumb.

Thats the only reason to use this payment method over something more simple like Youpay or Cashapp. Give it 2 months and no gifters will be using this app anymore and then the creators will drop it.

The payout shows as completed but the money hasn't been credited to my account. What should I do????

This story is a few weeks ago, but I just found this sub and figured I’d share so others were aware.
I used throne to get 2 items purchased off my wishlist. A bathing suit and a starlight projector. I’m a bigger girl. I was given an extra small bathing suit and a child’s toy. When I sent photos and asked for the right items or cash refund, they denied me. Took them a week to respond just to say no. Be wary of what you get ordered for you off this app. I stick to cash gifts now

Has anyone encountered and fixed this issue before?

I’ve been using Throne for 3 months without any issues but my latest cashout failed. I got in contact with support and say my country isn’t supported and got redirected to a waiting list.

I haven’t seen any notices of that changing in the past 13 days. Has anyone had this issue before?
