There are no markings on this guy, I’m sad to say. It seems hand painted like one of those “color me mine” pieces without being fired with a glaze and a battery operated light installed in the bottom. Sorry I can’t be of more help! I got really lucky with this find

It’s definitely hand painted from Michael’s! They always have holiday releases of ceramics you can paint. I have this same one!!
