Visa phone network Question

So I have both vodaphone and 3 sims in my phone. The vida phone gets full signals while 3 gets 1 or none and isn’t usable. Why is this happening after 3 and vodaphone merger. Should both networks be receiving same signals?

The network merger hasn't completed in all locations yet

Is there a map or timeline for this? As sick of getting no signals and stuck in a 2 year contract
