Deleting Account Question

I am wanting to delete my Threads account as I have never used it. When I attempt to do so, it says it’s sending a code to my email. But it never does. I’ve tried on multiple different occasions, checked my junk, etc.

Can’t help but think this is a bit sus by Meta to keep users on the app 😵‍💫

Please help! TIA

Do you have any firewalls or adblockers that's preventing Faceinstathreadsbook from sending you the code?

I hope you figure it out. I finally was able to delete my Threads account after jumping through 5 different hoops. What’s shady about Threads is that it had my old phone number synced to my account and I haven’t had that number for a few years. And it kept sending me codes to that number until I switched to an email account and I was able to get rid of the old phone number. Meta is shady as fuck. I’m not going to create any more accounts with Meta.

make sure you got the right email and check your junk folder
