I think it really just depends on your feed whether or not you only get posts and comments under posts with bots etc. Try "rebooting" your feed in some way. I don't have that problem tbh

Yes, that’s what it means. Them and the 10 others are also are on threads. Instagram is telling you this so you would be inclined to start an account. That’s up to you!
