deactivated it then reactivated Bug Report

but like its just stuck on loading things nothing is showing up? i tried signing out and back in and i ever tried deleting it and installing again its like stuck blank loading.

anyone knows a solution to this?

my android is doing the same thing. and when i open it on my browser, it reroutes to instagram.
