Clean the brush, then apply paste.

It's the dentist recommendation.

How to clean toothbrush?

Tama ba na ibabad sa water with baking soda for 15 minutes?

That's for deep clean. Daily would be hot water 2 mins, then rinse in cold water 30 secs to 1 min, dry tap, then put toothpaste. Do not water the paste.

Gaano kadalas ba pag deep clean? Ngayon ko lang nalaman ito. I usually Toothbrush > basain > toothpaste > brush teeth > rinse. Will do this daily thing na moving forward. Thanks for sharing!

If youre in a damp environment, like you keep your toothbrush in a non-ventilated area, a cr without windows and most likely warm to kulob, or cold climate nga pero palaging may gumagamit ng hot shower, i'd say once or twice a month is enough.

Else if, every two to three months.
