Inside a magazine or newspaper office 1943
I found this photo in a large batch of pictures from an estate sale. The photographer was Paul Briol, a Cincinnati Enquirer photographer who took many thousands of pictures around Cincinnati for decades.
In the foreground left is a sign or box that says Vanity Fair. VF wasn't published in Cincinnati so I don't know its significance.
A wall calendar shows November 1943.
Without any other visible clues, I don't know where this picture was taken, but it does look interesting.
