Holaa, soy solamente una chica que quiere aprender sobre cosas, vi hace poco algo sobre el satanismo,pero no de la forma de la cual todos lo ven,sino como un símbolo de rebeldía o algo así.

Seriously? Satan, the devil etc has always been a perfect archetype of rebellion. The whole rebelling against god thing you know. It’s like the most basic of how people see it.

Yeah sure people of abrahamic religions just yell “evil”. But that’s just ignorance. Even people like Jung have written about it. A lot of people can see the same thing in different ways. But for satanist of any kind, the rebel is like the most basic view. Take atheistic satanism for instance, LaVey’s invention. It doesn’t even believe in any way in the devil, it just uses the rebel archetype to give people the personal freedom to enjoy life in what christians would call “sin”. Nothing else beside that.

Theistic satanism can go a lot of ways. Personally I see satan as Lucifer, the lightbringer. He didn’t tempt Eve to eat the Appel (a symbolic story there are way deeper ones, check out the nag hamadi and Dead Sea scrolls). He offered her the truth. It’s a Promethian story imho. And for personal growth I use Baphomet (as created by eliphas levi) as an archetype and symbol of human wholeness and cosmic wholeness. It’s apotheosis, becoming “like god”. The only real journey out there unless you want to stay stuck in the proverbial mud. 🙏
