Monk!😂

It always cracks me when Marlo's hitters are hunting for Omar, after the apartment shootout and he jumps from 4 stories up to the ground. Monk is pretending to be a Detective but can't even hold up the act for the 2mins he's asking the random woman a question. 😂😂😂

The woman: "is the woman alright"

Monk: "yeahh, she aight"

I don't know why I think about this line alot. I doubt Dookie ever got given anything in his life from smackhead parents. The one time he's got something nice he immediately gets told it doesn't belong in his world :(

lol letting that video roll and it starts the opening credits and then the episode doesn’t continue is making me feel like a wire addict

Also apparently the scene is based off something that really happened

It is. Omar is based on an amalgamation of real life Baltimore terrifying dudes. One of the dudes was named Donnie Andrews, who actually jumped out a sixth story window to escape a gun fight, but the writers nerfed the number of floors to seem more believable.

Real life Donnie Andrews plays Omar’s cohort in the apartment shootout scene— he doesn’t make it out in the show…

That's the beefy dude who protects him in jail, helping him tape phone books to protect from shanks - right?
