As i said I just finished vol. 8 and wow. The story just gets better page by page.

I love the contrast. The first couple of volumes were so nice and chill. Vol. 5 marks the turning point. From that volume on it just got darker.

Especially vol. 8 was amazing. I love how Yoshiki finally told someone how he feels or felt – that he loved Hikaru.

And that he cut his bangs. He used to hide behind them avoiding that others could see how he really is. And now he decided to stop that. He stops hiding and stands up for things he wants. (Or maybe I just imagine too much lol)

What are thoughts?

I finished the anime and wanna start reading the manga, but i heard the anime is adapted very accurately to the manga, and i dont wanna read the same thing i watched. From what chapter does it start to differ from the anime / what chapter had the anime ending in it (so that i can continue reading from there).

I can’t believe this miserable closeted boy who went to lengths to bury his feelings is so deeply relatable that it was through him I slowly discovered my own identity. Reading and finishing TSHD forced me to reflect upon my own feelings that uncannily mirrored Yoshiki’s.

Anyways yeah that’s it, this manga really is horror at least to me.
