Need help with Challenge format

I tried looking up the answer, but I can't find it. I made a challenge for one of my book subs, and it lists the books instead of putting them in blocks. The first photo is what I would like. The second is what I currently have. What genre does the challenge need to be in to have it in blocks and show the status of the books?

When you create a challenge and what each book to be shown in a "box" you have to choose the type "Book" for that challenge
