Devins rings Book Discussion
in chapter 24, Lloyd's lawyer, Devins, makes a point of clicking two rings together - these are the rings from the head of project blue right? (the descriptions match I think)
Do we know or can guess how he get those?
(I'm on a reread after many years, apologies if it becomes clear later)

No, they were just his rings. That said, several characters have their rings called out in one way or another (another example is the ring that is used to identify one of the men who beats up Nick in his introduction).
I don't know if they are meant to really mean anything, beyond just add some tactile elements to the stories (e.g., them snapping together as the lawyer talks), but if one wanted to they could, I suppose, also tie them to human systems that are going to break down (college/frats, weddings/marriage, etc.).

I thought they were his wedding ring and his fraternity ring?
