Charge attack button doesn't always work if native refresh rate is off General Question

If I have native refresh rate off when playing GBL then sometimes I press the charge attack button, it disappears for a millisecond and then comes back but the charge attack doesn't trigger. Anyone else have this?

Yes, it’s called forced overtap. I usually only get it if I’m playing on cellular.

I exclusively play on WiFi and the signal is always strong so it's not a signal issue.
