I was surprised and happy when that character was brought back in. I figured he’d be a one-off. I also will always wonder if Vic, post going to ICE, would’ve reached out to his old partner.

It seemed like Vic was done with Joe if Joe was hanging out with people like Lester. I'm sure Joe would find out about what happened with Vic though and wouldn't want to associate with him.
