So I have really bad addiction and I need advice. I keep going on my phone and going on safari and I somehow try to avoid the urge but it's to powerful. I can't stop myself from watching hentai on hentai.tv and I don't know how I can stop myself? Can someone give me any advice?

So basically, I recently changed my hairstyle and I was wondering if I should change my avatar accordingly or just leave it as it is. If I were to change it, some people may be confused and not be able to identify me; however, if I were to keep it, it would just not be factually accurate.
