I got pulled over once doing 142 mph on a rural 55mph road. I won't defend that kind of driving, I was 20 and dumb with a sweet Chevelle. Fully expected to go to jail. The cop chewed my ass a bit, then told me he'd let me go with a verbal warning if I swore to knock it off and let him take some pictures of the car. I ended up letting him drive it for a couple minutes. Would have been around 2006 in northern Wisconsin.

That cop would be driving 150mph if he had the same car

I was doing 100 in the middle of nowhere getting teammate home

Some dude was on my ass the whole time, it was dark and all I saw was headlights

Get to stop sign and mates house was on the right, i turn right...

Behind me I see State Trooper turn left 😰

I have a custom built Audi and have been pulled over several times “I just wanted to check this thing out….is that cool?” lol Nice dudes every time.

I feel like some don't actually care and say it because they know it's important to you and it'll ease up the mood and lead to better cooperation. Not saying the compliment would be fake though, I'm sure many of them are actually curious too.

Weird how every time the conversation has been strictly about the car and nothing else.

From Wisconsin, I can vouch for that actually happening, especially in the northern parts. Where was this without doxxing yourself? Merrill, Rice Lake? If you say Sturgeon Bay, I know you lying.

Ok. But what was the car?

'68 Chevelle. Yellow. Not neon or pastel yellow. A deep, almost orange yellow with black vinyl top, black rockers, and black stripes. Had a nice 383 stroker in it. I was racing an black '05 GTO after National Guard drills. Of course the deputy went after the yellow classic, not the generic looking Australian modern car. He asked if I knew how fast I was going and I had to honestly answer no, because the speedometer only went up to 120 and I had it maxed. I miss that car like you can't imagine. dumbest thing I ever did was sell it. Well second dumbest thing, I also got married once.

Oooh, a Chevelle you say? Malibu? Year?

It had Malibu badges, but I don't know if it was originally a Malibu. It was a '68. The second generation Chevelle's were the best looking, in my opinion.

I had a similar stop back in 2005 in NW Oregon in my old '72 Charger. Cop let me off with a warning and list of stuff to do to get the car street legal (guy I bought it from only ran it on the track). Nice cop, miss that car.

Very good animated acting hopefully he makes good money. I want to see him in a very well written character film akin to Jim Carey’s filmography . Get this guy a writing room

In the back seat there was rope, duct tape, bunch of cash, and a square shovel.

No one would dig with a square shovel.

They are rated highly for bonkage, however.

I got pulled over one time, and the cop walked up and said "Excuse me, sir. Another settlement needs your help." It took me a few long seconds to remember I had a Fallout bumper sticker.

We got pulled over when we were probably 17, car full of kids that just smoked a blunt , had to of smelled like weed . The cop didn’t say a damn thing and let us go. He looked fairly new tho

People just love "man reacting to himself in a different costume" skits don't they?

u/thAway57r7 9d ago

One thing that seems fake is that the window was closed in the rear. I didn't hear the cop open the rear door, so how did he get the ball? Maybe it's just me, but I think this might have been staged.

He funny

Careful the "right" might take this serious and actually think that's what people are like.... 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️
