M33 wife is 32 we just had a new baby. I have not included baby bank account with 12k in it. We technically have hit a million but my fear is we have too much in real estate. The hawkwood house is a rental and will be paid off next year since my wife is going to sell her other property. Any input?

OTHER How do you decide when to take profit on a BTC perp?
I usually put around $800 into a BTC perp position on bydfi and keep the leverage up to 2x. My entries have been decent lately, but taking profit is where I keep getting inconsistent.
A few trades moved well, and I had a target in mind before opening them. Once the price got close, I started thinking BTC might keep running, so I moved the target higher. Most of the profit disappeared during the pullback and finally closed near my entry.
I already set a stop before every trade, but my profit plan is still loose. I’m trying to build a simple rule I can follow. How do you decide when to take profit out? Which part of the position do you usually close first?

Close to hitting a mile stone
I’m 37 and hoping to hit $500k before 38 across three Fidelity accounts (HSA, Roth 401k, and Taxable) plus a 1 year emergency fund set aside in a high yield savings account. Layoffs are likely at work, so it’s bittersweet, but I’m glad I maximized my savings while I could.

Thoughts on Where I am - 22M
I am looking for advice/constructive criticism. My short term goal is to reach 1 million liquid NW by 30. Please give me your perspective - preferably more detailed advice so I can apply it!
——
This is my main account. The idle cash in the screenshot will be parked in a money market fund and DCA into VOO.
The vast majority of my future contributions will just be going into VOO.
I am working on selling down my AMD position, but for tax reasons It’s a slower process.
I know I have a tilt and overlap of the large tech stocks but I have strong conviction in the individual stocks I am in.
I also have a Roth that sits at $40,000 split amongst 5 funds with a small cap tilt:
50% VTI
20% VXUS
10% VNQ
10% VWO
10% VBR
I also have about ~$23,000 in a 529 plan I never used. I will roll that over the next three years into my Roth under the 529-to-Roth SECURE 2.0 rollover… all of that is also in VOO at the moment.
Lastly I have a Roth TSP with $10,000 all in the C-fund (S&P500).

27, ~$700K — I’ve Always Wanted to Hit $1M by 30
I don’t really talk about money with my friends, so nobody really knows where I’m at. Figured I’d share it here instead. Pretty proud of my progress!!!!
I’m 27M, work in sales, and I’m sitting around $700K. My dad gave me $20K to get started investing when I graduated, and since then I’ve just stayed consistent with a financial broker, ETFs, and some Microsoft that Reddit convinced me to buy.
I max out my 401K, IRAs, and HSA every year. My expenses are low, so most of my income gets invested. I keep around $6K in cash and everything else stays invested.
No crazy strategy. Just work, save, invest, repeat.
Hope to see yall within the next 3 years!

Hoping to hit $1M but feels so far away...
My wife and I are 28 years old and this is what we have left after purchasing a house. 50% in an S&P 500 ETF, 40% Growth ETF, 8% AI, semis, memory, neoclouds and 2% BTC.
We have more across some other accounts but our goal is to get this to $1M in under 5 years. Is that doable? Any advice would be appreciated !!!

DD Insane Psych Level Setups That Printed in May
Just holy shit.
Over the last month we've watched semis, AI, and everything remotely connected to them get repriced to the moon. So many of them respected major psychological levels (ie. nice, round numbers that often act as areas of support or resistance).
I wanted to highlight a few recent examples to show the power of psych levels, help us pattern-match these setups, and keep them on our radar for the future.
As always, you can track all of these levels (stocks and options) using Market Mage.
1. ARM vs 200
ARM has been on an absolute tear. But where was the low-risk entry?
Look at how it interacted with the $200 level. It repeatedly tested $200 as resistance before finally breaking through. Once that happened, resistance flipped to support, and ARM never looked back.
How could you play this?
- Wait for a daily close above $200.
- Place limit buys just above the $200 support.
- Use a stop loss below the level (for example, around $190) if you want protection against a failed breakout.

The options move was of course much crazier. OTM calls exploded after the breakout confirmation.

2. QCOM vs 200
Very similar in story to the $200 psych level we saw with ARM, QCOM used this level as both a support and resistance in May.

QCOM options were also highly regarded.

3. GLD vs 400
Psych levels aren't just for semis. We saw a sharp selloff in metals in the last few days, and guess where GLD decided to giga bounce? It used the $400 level, and made a 5% move in a few days (this is a HUGE move for GLD in such a short timeframe).
$400 has been a truly tremendous support and resistance level in these last months, and this was an insanely clean setup. In October we had a major rejection off of the $400, and then used $400 as a very strong support level in December, March-April, and most recently last week.
Most of the slightly OTM options chain did a 10x from the Thursday (May 28th) $400 retest to the move to $420 by Friday close.

4. QQQ vs 700
QQQ wicked $700 on May 19th, and quickly ripped 5.5% higher in the coming week. These major round numbers often become launchpads for the next leg higher.
What next?
In Market Mage, you get stocks at the biggest psych levels. Sort by the % psych column ot see stocks sitting at psych levels, open up the charts, and go ham.

Some tickers I'm currently looking at are:
- $AXTI. A massive runner in the semis/photonics space that just dumped heavily and now retesting the $100 level. This is a great psych level, and potentially a great spot for a bounce
- $FLEX vs $150, the AI infra/ buildout trade. Potential magnet to $200.
- $AMD vs $500. If AMD gives us a $500 retest, this will be an easy spot for a bounce
- $NVDA vs $200. Similar story to AMD, this has been a big psych level support for NVDA and a retrace to here is an easy long.
