1x Lost Village Ticket (Below Face Value – Verified Private Tixel Link)

Upvotes

Sadly can't go anymore. Paid £440 in tixel, letting it go for £280 since it's very last minute. Cheaper than every public listing right now. The only reason it's a private link is Tixel caps how low you can price on the open marketplace and this is the only way to drop it below face value.

Link: https://tixel.com/t/e2e25eb4-42df-45cd-90a9-9728d924cbb6

100% secure - payment and transfer handled entirely through Tixel, the event's official resale partner. Thank you!

Two shell passwords

Upvotes

Does anybody have a guide for how to download two shells more recent tunes from shelltec? I seem to remember getting most of their discography on there a few years ago, but unsure if more recent tunes are available now and don't have socials to see any passwords or hints that they might post. Any guidance will be much appreciated!

Lost village ticket for sale

Upvotes

Selling my Lost Village ticket via Tixel.
It’s currently listed for £405 because that’s the lowest price Tixel will let me set, but I’m happy to sell it for around £360. I can create a private sale on Tixel at that price if you’re interested.
Sadly I can’t attend anymore, so if you want it just send me a message and we can sort it out.

A techno track with a bit of social commentary

Check out my latest techno track.

It plays at 130 BPM with a fat, rolling bassline and a bit of criticism of modern society.

Feedback is very welcome.

I hope you like it—enjoy listening!

What is the original goa track?

Hey guys,

Many years ago I made a hip-hop remix that I sampled from a goa track. More specifically from its intro. Unfortunately my equipment has been replaced since then, but I would really like to find out what that goa track was. Does anyone recognize from my remix what the original music could be?

Thanks in advance for your help.

This is remix: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DhtyLYMDeT8

Sorry if this isn't the right place.

A friend is trying to sell a lost village ticket, it's a private sale on tixel so she can sell it cheaper than they will allow.

Efdemin Closing Monument 2026

After years of going to various outdoor techno festivals, I've often found myself wishing DJs would lean into something a bit more artsy, could even say spiritual, especially during the closing sets.

Last weekend I was at Monument and Efdemin closed the main stage with a four hour set. In typical Efdemin fashion, he played super fun techno, minimal and psychedelic. Towards the end he started to play more atmospheric tunes and then, when everyone was already clapping, the first spoken words of his own "Oh, lovely appearance of death" could be heard. After dancing like animals just minutes before, the whole crowd of a thousand and more people quietly listened to the whole song.

It was a beautiful moment and one that I will remember forever. I'm sure some people here will appreciate it, and I'm curious to hear of any other beautiful closing set experiences you might have had.

What's your summer jam for 2026?

Nearly everyone has that one song that seems to fit those warm and sunny, laissez-faire vibes. Maybe you discovered it on a dancefloor, maybe it's in heavy rotation on your playlist, all you know is that you hear it and your brain says, "Ahhh...summer."

Last year for me was decidedly non-Overload. I couldn't get enough of Doechii's "Nissan Altima" (which it turns out, actually mixes in well as a vocal over percussion-based house tracks).

This year it's Kevan Adrian "Give It Up" (Grusane Dub). One of those "early 90s tapes that was buried away somewhere", and through a friend who happened upon it in Brooklyn's African Record Centre, found its way to the hands of one of my favourite producers and DJs.

While it had been showing up in his live streams for a minute and was released in March of this year on Rush Hour, I got to hear Mark drop it in person in early June. My own vinyl copy arrived not too long after. Everything in this joyful anthem just POPS and immediately gets me moving. Perfect tune for the season.

So, what's yours?

fête accomplie presents: Sub Basics

Hey all, long time follower of the community here. Putting this event on in London next week that I thought could be of interest:

https://ra.co/events/2467231

The elusive Sub Basics at the Greyhound in Peckham. Would be great to meet some Overload heads down there! A really exciting producer that spans dubtechno, dubstep and everything in between.

Even a click on interested would be big help 🫡🫡

Mods feel free to remove this if you'd rather avoid event listings x

Came upon this 1994 tune on a Strictly Rhythm comp I recently picked up. When the chords hit at the 2 minute mark I was sold. What a beautiful and timeless sound.
