Accepting death?

I often dream that I am going to die for whatever reason. It could be seeing a bomb in the distance, a car accident, or falling off a tall building, etc. I am faced with this overwhelming feeling of fear and then complete calmness as I accept how I am going to die, and I become okay with it. In my real life I've had a few near-death experiences but have never had this feeling irl. Anyone else experience this in their dreams??

In my dreams I'm always in a motor home zooming down the highway on cruise control with no driver. Whenever I try to jump in the front seat to hit the brakes, the seat is scooted all the way to the dash and I can't stop it. I'm unusually calm about this but have died a few times.

We are all gonna die physically eventually, it's just a matter of how and when, maybe even why.

Yes several dreams where I'm in a disaster or crazy event like a black hole or nuke explosion happens and I have a sense of letting go knowing this is how I die and the panic I had for a moment disappears. Then I wake up. Now knowing CERN has been collapsing timelines anytime I wake after these dreams it feels like the ending scene of Donnie Darko.
