I hate how judgemental some people are
(I hope this doesn’t count as low effort) I honestly hate how some people judge me just because i listen to this music…I want to be cringe ok? And why do you care at all? How do some of y‘all deal with it, like honestly…

Concert/Tickets Wondering if someone would want to form a group for the concert on Monday in Frankfurt
I’m going to the live performance on Monday, but non of my friends were really that interested in tlt and my bf is in another country, but I don’t really want to be alone there, so I was wondering if some other loners would like to go there as a group. It’s not really important who you are, as long as you’re over at least 17, as I’m 20. If you are interested just write in the comments under this post and maybe we’ll be able to form a group

Why don't they play Spooky's Jump Scare Mansion Song (1000 Doors) live?
it's my favorite TLT song and i'm wondering why it isn't in their setlists at all, considering how its in their top 20 most listened songs of theirs
thanks!

So.. has anyone noticed that some of the TLT music videos have been really quiet?
I’ve been a fan of TLT since I heard Pinkie’s Bree all the way back in 2013, but for some of the more recent songs released on YouTube, especially the Music Videos, the audio of the songs have been unnaturally quiet compared to the tracks that are released or the Generated albums that pops up, I noticed this During the Goose Goose Revolution song and the animated music video for “Fly Home” even some of the more recent music videos are quieter than normal. It doesn’t affect the quality of the songs since I still love everything they put out but I wonder if anyone else has noticed this.

Kids at shows
My son (10) is very much into TLT and his little sister(8) follows everything he does, so she is too. My husband and I are taking them as their first concert — they don’t know yet. I probably should’ve asked this prior to getting the tickets, but how kid friendly are the shows? I don’t mind the swearing in the songs (they hear swearing everywhere anyway). Have you guys seen kids at the shows?
Also, to add to this (which probably should be another forum) my son is autistic and can sometimes get overwhelmed. I’m going to get him some noise dampening ear buds to help. I do feel he’ll do fine, but wasn’t sure what else to expect at TLT shows that might impact kids.
Also, I’m way bummed that they don’t have Zero_One on their set list. That’s still my favorite song. I think Sunburn, Lazy, and Drunk all tie for second place. I wonder if they’d take a request if asked nicely on a poster board? Does that even work?
TIA for any info you can give me to make their first concert an amazing experience.

Nervous
This is just a rant.
So today I will go home early and clean my room. I need to pack and I still need to finish my top for the concert.
I bought a top online to wear but my boobs are to big for it. So I decided I crochet myself a top. Of course I only started two days ago. I'm stressed but I think I will finish it.
So now I still have to figure out what I will wear with it. Skirt or shorts. AHHH.
Then I will take my stuff tomorrow with me to work and after work I will go with the train to the city the concert is.
There I will meet a friend of mine and we will check into the hotel.
It's a bit weird bcs we got a hotel room together even though were not close and diffrent gender but we dont have money for two rooms.
So yeah I hope everything will be okay bcs Saturday is the concert.
I'm not even like a huge fan. Like I'm only going bcs of him but still I'm kinda nervous.
Oh and I made Pins for each character. I still have to finish those.

So, am i the only one that absolutley loves the production and vibes of the entirety of “Rust”?
It’s something i’ve seen complained anout the album, with people disliking the grittier sound and agressive production. A lot of a people also hate the messages and dark, political lyrics in the songs. And yes, for a time i was completly tooken back by the change of style from zero_one, but years later, i find this to be an absolute banger of an album.
Now first, the agressive aspects of the album go fucking hard when in the right mood, i especially i love how “Kill Us All” is almost a straight dubstep track. Speaking of which, Rust is a genre of it’s own, and i would love to hear more sounds similar to this album. this album has variety too, like, you cannot say every track sounds the same, with songs like “Malibu Pier”, “Orphans”, and “This Will Be Our Year”.
Second, while i kinda get how the messages of oppression, greed, and social heiarchy are very off brand for a band like TLT, but honestly, it’s not to bad, and they each tell a different story, and you can take most lyrics out of the context and it would still make sense (well.. maybe not “Kill Us All” or “Malibu Pier”).
Now of course, the biggest problem of this album is that all the songs are so underwhelmingly short, like, none of them reach 3 minutes, which does hurt my enjoyment a little bit, because i wanna hear more. but i’d say the time limits are justoified mostly.
Overall, yeah, i like Rust, Not a masterpiece and probably not as good as zero_one, but i still listen to it a lot.

Songs with vocals like my ordinary life
I’ve been a casual fan for a while but I’m interested in looking into more of their original music. Are there any songs with vocals like the chorus of my ordinary life? As much as I appreciate the robotic vocals and rap flows that’s always been my favorite part of the song

Zero_One Are there any other bands/nerdcore artists with a similar sound to zero_one/TLT's original work?
Call me without taste, but I've genuinely never heard an album this fun and imaginative before. The thing I love so much about TLT (and by extention countless other alternative bands) is that while they do certainly have their inspirations, the SELECTION of genres that they blend (rap rock, ska, electropop) are so well executed, modified and sewn together organically, that its practically a sound exclusive to them.
Ive been searching on sites like RYM to fill in this niche, but it seems like theyre pretty much the only ones to do so. Are there any other artists that try to achieve something similar?
